The TR PIV high frequency Pegasus New-Wave pulsed class 4 laser (527nm) is operated with a computer, DaVis (LaVision) software, high speed controller, optical arm and laser sheet lens. The laser used for illumination is connected to the laser sheet lens through the use of a flexible arm. Our traverse system can be coupled with up to 4 Phantom Micro M310 high speed cameras for planar and tomographic PIV measurements.
